One bath features a tub-shower combination, ideal for a relaxing soak, while the other has a stylish rain shower. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed for a restful retreat, Bedroom 2 has a cozy queen-sized bed, and Bedroom 3 includes two single beds. Each room is beautifully decorated with Serena and Lily wallpaper. For your convenience, the laundry facilities are also located on this floor. This home perfectly blends convenience with coastal charm, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. NON SMOKING For the comfort and well-being of all guests, our property maintains a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking is prohibited on-site, and any violation of this policy will result in a charge of $250. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment. PRE-APPROVED DOGS WELCOME We wholeheartedly embrace our furry friends! We gladly welcome pups to join you during your stay, with an additional fee of $160 per dog, and a maximum of two dogs per reservation. To maintain cleanliness and hygiene, we kindly ask that pets refrain from accessing the bed, uncovered furniture, and encourage the use of a crate when you are not present, if you believe it is necessary. By bringing your pet, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility and liability for their actions and any potential damages. INCLEMENT WEATHER We have a strict cancellation policy in place. Refunds will only be issued if mandatory evacuations are ordered by The National Weather Service or local government authorities. Please keep in mind that refunds will not be provided if inclement weather in other states prevents guests from reaching Charleston. We highly recommend travelers to consider obtaining travel insurance, especially during months when weather conditions may impact their stay. Furthermore, in the unlikely event of power outages, internet disruptions, or any other situations beyond our control caused by local storms, we will make every effort to resolve the issues promptly. However, we regret that we cannot offer refunds for any inconveniences caused by such circumstances. PREBOOKING AGREEMENT: Before booking, you will be asked to click a button to indicate that you agree to the following: "This is a nonsmoking property that is suited for 6 or fewer guests over 25 or accompanied by a parent. A $160/per pet fee will be charged for each approved pet (max 2). No events with guests beyond those on reservation are permitted without approval. Great spot - walking distance to so many good restaurants and bars, including Vern’s, chubby fish, allora, Roseline, r kitchen, southbound, mini bar etc and a short uber to home team, little jacks, melfis and so many more. House was perfect with a great outdoor space, and if you work from home, was well appointed with two desks.

We spent a month at Brandy and Chad's home. It was delightful in every way! The first floor was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked. The family room was perfect for gathering or watching tv. The decor was lovely. The 3 bedrooms were beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. The location is a quick walk to many great restaurants and the shopping area. When Tropical Storm Debby threatened thee area, they reached out to us with information to ease our mind. There was no flooding on our street. I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful Chad and Brandy were to us. They responded to all our questions quickly and were a big help. We recommend all their properties and look forward to our next Charleston visit.
