Kitchen & Dining: Modern eat-in kitchen featuring sleek grey cabinets, a chic white herringbone backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. Ideal for preparing meals during your stay. Bedrooms (Comfortably sleeps 4): Bedroom 1: Plush queen-size bed, closet, dresser, desk, and bedside lamps. Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a luxurious TempurPedic mattress, dresser, closet, and elegant wall sconces. Bathroom: Contemporary bathroom with a refreshing stand-up rain shower. Outdoor Space (Shared): Professionally turfed backyard with a custom pergola, built-in benches, and a swinging chair. Adirondack chairs for relaxation. Outdoor games like giant JENGA. Fire pit area and grill for outdoor entertaining. A Tesla charger is available with prior reservation. City Noises: As a first-floor unit in a historic duplex located downtown, you may occasionally hear sounds from the neighboring unit or typical city noises (traffic, construction, nearby neighbors, street activity, and emergency vehicles). Sound machines are provided for your comfort. Inclement Weather: Refunds will only be issued for mandatory evacuations. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Other Units: We own six units across three duplexes in the area. If you need more space or are traveling with a larger group, please inquire about our other listings.
