Bedside lamps make late-night reading a breeze. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed with a luxurious TempurPedic mattress, a dresser, a closet, and wall sconces. The bathroom is complete with a stand-up rain shower. Just outside, beyond the neighboring duplex (we own both!), you’ll find a shared backyard that’s pure bliss. Relax under the custom pergola with built-in benches, sway in the swinging chair, kick back in Adirondack chairs, or play a round of giant JENGA. Fire up the grill and soak up Charleston’s gorgeous weather. The Charles Suite is packed with thoughtful amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and free parking for one car. Families will love the pack + play and highchair, kids’ toys and books, and infant bathtub. Plus, we’ve got beach towels ready for your coastal adventures. NEED MORE SPACE? We have 6 units across 3 duplexes. The green duplex includes The Emerson Suite (top floor, 3bd/1ba with balcony) and The Charles Suite (first floor, 2bd/1ba). Next door, the white duplex offers The Harper Suite (top floor, 3bd/1ba with a large balcony) and The Victoria Suite (first floor, 3bd/2ba with a spacious porch). Both share a professionally turfed backyard. A half-block away, the grey duplex features The Poppy Suite (top floor, 3bd/1ba with two balconies) and The Isla Suite (first floor, 4bd/2ba with porch), sharing a turfed courtyard. Check individual listings for full amenities. QUIET HOURS As this listing is in a historic duplex, occasional noise from above may be heard. We’ve provided sound machines and request guests observe quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. EVENTS There are no events permitted. Only those included in the reservation may access the property unless prior arrangements are made. NON-SMOKING Our strict no-smoking policy includes a $250 violation fee to maintain a smoke-free environment. PARKING You’ll have one parking space in our private lot. Contact us if additional parking is needed. We also have a Tesla charger available with prior reservation. DOGS WELCOME Dogs are welcome with a $80 fee per dog (max 2). Please keep them off furniture and out of the backyard to preserve the turf. Guests are responsible for any damages. CITY NOISES This is a first-floor unit in a historic duplex, so you may occasionally hear sounds from the neighboring unit or typical city noises. Due to the property's downtown location, you may encounter intermittent urban sounds, including traffic, construction, nearby neighbors, street activity, and emergency vehicles. INCLEMENT WEATHER Refunds will only be issued for mandatory evacuations. Travel insurance is always recommended.
