Welcome to The Emerson Suite, a newly renovated 1200 sq ft top-floor retreat in Charleston, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This inviting space blends modern amenities with coastal charm for up to 6 guests. Enter via the outdoor staircase to a private balcony and step into an open floor plan featuring a chef’s kitchen with quartz countertops, a large island, and stainless steel appliances, ideal for home-cooked meals. The living room flows to the balcony for casual dining or relaxing in the Charleston breeze. Three cozy bedrooms include a king-bed primary with a workspace, two twin beds, and a queen-bed room, adorned with Serena and Lily wallpaper, blackout blinds, and sound machines for restful sleep. The bathroom offers a rain shower, bathtub, dual vanity, fresh towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, and a steamer. The shared backyard, a serene oasis, features seating, a pergola, a grill, and a large JENGA set for fun. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, AC, heating, washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. Have a baby? You will appreciate the pack + play, highchair, books, and beach tent. NEED MORE SPACE? We currently have 6 units across 3 duplexes. The green duplex has The Emerson Suite (3bd/1ba, top floor, balcony) and The Charles Suite (2bd/1ba, first floor). Next door, the white duplex houses The Harper Suite (3bd/1ba, top floor, large balcony) and The Victoria Suite (3bd/2ba, first floor, large porch). These properties share a large professionally turfed backyard. A half block away, the grey duplex features The Poppy Suite (3bd/1ba, top floor, two balconies) and The Isla Suite (4bd/2ba, first floor, porch), both sharing a professionally turfed courtyard. See individual listings for full amenities. QUIET HOURS This top-floor listing is part of a historic duplex. While extensively renovated, occasional noise from the lower unit is possible. Sound machines are provided in each bedroom. Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 7am for a peaceful stay. EVENTS Only individuals included in the reservation are allowed on the property unless prior arrangements are made. *NON-SMOKING Our property is strictly non-smoking. Any violation will result in a $250 charge. Your cooperation is appreciated in maintaining a smoke-free environment. PARKING You will have one parking space in our private lot. Contact us for additional parking needs. We also offer a Tesla charger, which must be reserved in advance. PRE-APPROVED DOGS WELCOME We’re happy to welcome up to two well-behaved dogs for a fee of $80 per dog. We kindly ask that dogs remain off beds and uncovered furniture, and be crated if needed. Dogs are not permitted in the backyard, as the turf can be damaged by urine. Your cooperation helps us keep the outdoor area clean and enjoyable for all our guests. CITY NOISES Please be aware that due to our downtown location, you may occasionally hear typical city sounds, such as traffic, construction, nearby neighbor, street noise, or emergency vehicles. CAMERA SECURITY For your safety, we have exterior cameras on the property. Any tampering with or blocking of cameras may result in immediate eviction without a refund. Camera footage is used only for security purposes and respects guest privacy. INCLEMENT WEATHER Refunds are issued only if authorities mandate evacuations. No refunds are provided for weather conditions in other states that affect travel plans to Charleston. We recommend travel insurance, particularly during storm season. In the event of power or internet outages caused by storms, we will address these issues promptly but cannot offer refunds for any resulting inconveniences. -

This location was great. Linens were nice and beds comfortable. Very clean. Nice size bathroom. Walkable to King St for those without physical issues. We felt safe at this location and would not hesitate to return. Enjoyed our stay in Charleston!

We loved our stay at the Emerson Suite in Charleston! Spring St had so many cute restaurants, cafes and shops, and it was nice to have that right around the corner. Everything was super clean in the apartment, and it was well stocked with everything we needed. (Including the noise machines helped drown out the traffic noise from the busy road to the north of the apartment.) It was great to have onsite parking and not have to deal with street parking. Brandy was a great host!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The Emerson was beautifully decorated, the beds were so comfortable, and the location was perfect. Walking distance to some great coffee shops - highly recommend Bad Bunnies and Daniela’s. Brandy was so kind, responsive and helpful. On our last night my child got sick in their room; after cleaning as much as we could, we let Brandy know and she was so reassuring and kind. Really appreciate her and our stay! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience in the Emerson Suite! I visited with a friend for a girls weekend and it was exactly what we were hoping for. Everything was beautifully decorated and clean, just like the photos. Brandy was very responsive and gave great local recommendations. Highly recommend this place for your next Charleston trip!

Brandy's place was great! The apartment was comfortable and we really appreciated having access to a washer and dryer. The neighborhood felt very safe and we really liked the restaurants Bon Banh Mi and Little Line Kitchen nearby!
