Perfect for families or groups of up to 6, this bright 1200 sq ft space features an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, a private balcony, and a shared, professionally turfed backyard. The chef’s kitchen boasts quartz countertops, a spacious island, and new appliances, ideal for meals big or small. Unwind in the cozy living room or on the balcony’s porch swing, enjoying the Charleston breeze. Three comfortable bedrooms include a king-bed primary with a desk and walk-in closet, and two queen-bed rooms with coastal-inspired decor, blackout blinds, and sound machines. The bathroom offers a rain shower, bathtub, dual vanity, fresh towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, and a steamer. Outside, the backyard is perfect for grilling or relaxing with a pergola, bench seating, chair swing, poufs, and a JENGA set. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, AC, heating, washer/dryer, and free parking for one vehicle. Families will love the pack + play, highchair, toys, books, beach towels, and accessories. NEED MORE SPACE? We have 6 units across 3 duplexes. The green duplex features The Emerson Suite (top floor, 3BD/1BA with balcony) and The Charles Suite (first floor, 2BD/1BA). The white duplex next door includes The Harper Suite (top floor, 3BD/1BA with large balcony) and The Victoria Suite (first floor, 3BD/2BA with large porch). These duplexes share a large, professionally turfed backyard. Half a block away, the grey duplex offers The Poppy Suite (top floor, 3BD/1BA with two balconies) and The Isla Suite (first floor, 4BD/2BA with porch), sharing a professionally turfed courtyard. For a full list of amenities, check individual listings. QUIET HOURS This top-floor unit in a restored historic duplex may occasionally hear noise from below. To maintain a peaceful environment, sound machines are provided in each bedroom. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 7am to ensure a restful stay for everyone. EVENTS Access is limited to guests listed in the reservation unless prior arrangements are made. NON-SMOKING Our entire property, inside and outside, is smoke-free. Violations will incur a $250 charge. Thank you for helping us maintain a smoke-free environment. PARKING One parking space is provided. Additional parking can be arranged if needed. A Tesla charger is available with advance reservation. Please reach out about your specific parking needs. PRE-APPROVED DOGS WELCOME We welcome dogs with a $80 fee per dog (up to two dogs). Dogs should be well-behaved and not access beds or uncovered furniture. Use a crate if necessary. You are responsible for any damages caused by your pets. Please keep dogs out of the professionally turfed backyard to maintain cleanliness and prevent odor. CITY NOISES Please note that due to the property's downtown location, you may occasionally hear typical city sounds, including traffic, construction, nearby neighbors, street activity, and emergency vehicles. INCLEMENT WEATHER Refunds are only issued if mandatory evacuations are ordered by authorities. We do not refund for weather affecting travel to Charleston. Travel insurance is recommended. We will address power outages and other issues as quickly as possible but cannot offer refunds for such disruptions.

The apartment is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed. The dedicated parking space is a nice amenity. Brandy gave us detailed information before check in. She was very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
