Welcome to The Poppy Suite, a top-floor sanctuary designed for comfort and style. This newly renovated retreat offers an open-concept living space, perfect for relaxing or gathering. Warm shades and a cozy bohemian reading nook create an inviting atmosphere. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with sleek quartz countertops, a large island, ZLINE stainless steel gas stove, and a convenient wine fridge. BEDROOMS: Three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, all with blackout curtains and sound machines for a peaceful night's sleep. Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, large private balcony with rocking chairs and an outdoor loveseat. Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed, dedicated desk. Third Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed, Serena and Lily wallpaper, access to a second private balcony. FAMILY FRIENDLY: Children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, Pack 'n Play/travel crib, and baby safety gates. BATHROOM: Modern design with a refreshing rain shower, built-in bench, plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a clothing steamer. OUTDOOR SPACES: Two wonderful spots to enjoy the Charleston weather. Professionally turfed courtyard (shared with one other unit) with Adirondack chairs. Shared backyard with a pergola, additional seating, and a full dining table for six, perfect for outdoor meals or unwinding.

NEED MORE SPACE? We have 6 units across 3 duplexes. The green duplex includes The Emerson Suite (top floor, 3BD/1BA with balcony) and The Charles Suite (first floor, 2BD/1BA). Next door, the white duplex features The Harper Suite (top floor, 3BD/1BA with large balcony) and The Victoria Suite (first floor, 3BD/2BA with large porch). These duplexes share a large, professionally turfed backyard. Half a block away, the grey duplex has The Poppy Suite (top floor, 3BD/1BA with two balconies) and The Isla Suite (first floor, 4BD/2BA with porch), both sharing a professionally turfed courtyard. For a full list of amenities, please check the individual listings. QUIET HOURS Located on the top floor of a historic duplex, this unit may experience occasional noise from below. To ensure a restful stay, sound machines are provided in each bedroom. Please observe our community's quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. EVENTS The property is accessible only to those on the reservation unless prior arrangements are made. NON-SMOKING Our property has a strict no-smoking policy. A $250 fee will be charged for violations. PARKING One parking space is included. Contact us if you need additional parking. We also have a Tesla charger available upon reservation.
