Next door, the white duplex features The Harper Suite (top floor, 3BD/1BA with large balcony) and The Victoria Suite (first floor, 3BD/2BA with large porch). These duplexes share a large, professionally turfed backyard. Half a block away, the grey duplex has The Poppy Suite (top floor, 3BD/1BA with two balconies) and The Isla Suite (first floor, 4BD/2BA with porch), both sharing a professionally turfed courtyard. For a full list of amenities, please check the individual listings. QUIET HOURS Located on the top floor of a historic duplex, this unit may experience occasional noise from below. To ensure a restful stay, sound machines are provided in each bedroom. Please observe our community's quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. We loved our stay! The home was very comfortable and located in a great neighborhood- walkable, close to downtown, yet quiet. We felt right at home. Brandy was very responsive and prompt. I visit Charleston several times a year to visit family. Brandy’s place was literally the best in so many ways. Clean, super sweetly decorated with attention to details, great porch, great location and amazingly comfortable beds. My new favorite! 10/10, hands down. Also… perfect location. Far enough away from King Street that you can feel the sense of a homey community however, close enough that Ubers are not necessary. Also, the coffee shops nearby are perfect!

Brandy's place exceeded expectations. Perfect spot to explore Charleston. A few of the best restaurants in the city are just a few blocks away. The place was modern with a old southern charm. Kitchen was large and well equipped, and it was paired with an open living room for hanging out with your whole group. Will certainly rent this place when I'm back in Charleston. Also, Brandy knows her restaurants.
