As you approach the building, you’ll be drawn in by its grand white exterior and classic dual balconies, a nod to Charleston’s signature architecture. Step through the front door, featuring a charming coastal crab knocker, and onto your private first-floor piazza. The deep mahogany wood-paneled ceilings and hanging lantern lights create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Inside your private first-floor unit, you'll be greeted by warm natural light, a vibrant green ceramic backsplash in the kitchen, a spacious living room, and stunning heart pine floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the essentials for cooking at home. A small coffee bar, complete with a 12-cup coffee pot, coffee, and flavored syrup, will help start your mornings right. Relax in the living room on the cozy Crate and Barrel sofa, or kick back in the sleek side chairs while catching up on your favorite shows with the smart TV. The cool gray and green tones create a soothing atmosphere, while woven window treatments balance privacy and sunlight. The Victoria Suite features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each equipped with blackout blinds and sound machines for a restful night’s sleep. The first bedroom has a king-size bed with whimsical green Serena and Lily wallpaper, along with a full armoire and nightstands with reading lamps. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, tropical pink pineapple wallpaper, a desk, and ample clothing storage with a closet and dresser. The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed, complemented by tropical wallpaper, a comfortable reading chair, and plenty of clothing storage. There are two bathrooms, both beautifully appointed. The first includes a rain shower, dual vanity, and a bidet-equipped toilet, while the ensuite bathroom off the primary bedroom features a convenient stand-up shower. Plush towels, hairdryer, clothing iron, and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience. Outside, the shared backyard is a peaceful retreat. It features a pergola with bench seating, a chair swing, and poufs, perfect for gathering with friends or relaxing after a day of exploring. Fire up the grill for a barbecue, or lounge in one of the Adirondack chairs. There’s also a large JENGA set to keep the fun going. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, children’s toys and books, and free parking for one vehicle. Families will also find a pack + play, highchair, and beach accessories for added convenience. NEED MORE SPACE? We have 6 total units across 3 duplexes. The green duplex offers The Emerson Suite (top floor, 3bd/1ba, balcony) and The Charles Suite (first floor, 2bd/1ba). Next door, the white duplex has The Harper Suite (top floor, 3bd/1ba, large balcony) and The Victoria Suite (first floor, 3bd/2ba, large porch). Both share a professionally turfed backyard. A half-block down, the grey duplex includes The Poppy Suite (top floor, 3bd/1ba, two balconies) and The Isla Suite (first floor, 4bd/2ba, porch), sharing a turfed courtyard. Check individual listings for full amenities. QUIET HOURS This listing is on the first floor of a renovated historic duplex. Though extensively updated, some noise from upstairs may be heard. Sound machines are provided, and we ask that all guests respect quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. LAUNDRY This unit does not have a washer/dryer. If important, please see our other units @TheCharlestonSuites. Our cleaners can provide extra towels/linens for $25. EVENTS Only guests included in the reservation are allowed unless prior arrangements are made. NON-SMOKING A strict no-smoking policy is enforced with a $250 charge for violations. This was my first time using an Airbnb. The experience was phenomenal. I loved the house and the location. Everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this home and the host. I loved it!

I missed this before I booked and it is laid out in the description, the place is not a whole house. There is a downstairs and upstairs unit. While both are private from each other, the noise (footsteps/talking) is definitely noticeable when you're staying in the downstairs unit. There are sleep machines and the upstairs was only occupied one night we were there and was a courteous group so it didn't present much of an issue, it just might if you got the wrong upstairs group! Even with that, it's a tremendous place to stay. Perfectly located and I don't think we used our car once except to go to Publix. Everything works and is clean and the response time is fast and the instructions clear. We had an amazing four night stay and would absolutely stay again!

Perfect stay, perfect location for a group of 12 women. We rented 3 of Brandy’s places for all of us. Had a fabulous stay in all three! Great touches like coffee already available. Highly recommend.

This place is exactly as pictured! The home is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The area is quite walkable, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few blocks away. We really enjoyed the Vietnamese restaurant (Bon Banh Mi) and plant shop (Rooted in Charleston), both right around the corner. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and a leisurely 15-30 minute walk to all the action on King Street. We loved the City Market. It was fun walk and stop into little shops and look at the beautiful houses along the way, but if you prefer to Uber we found that most places we wanted to go in the downtown area were about a $5-$8 ride. Folly Beach was fun for a day trip and a quick 20 minute drive away.
